Trust: do you know how?
To my mind the single most important aspect of any relationship. I have noticed often, when a person feels betrayed in
some way love is not enough to keep things together, this goes for all types of relationships including parent/child.
I believe accepting a person for who they are, (not some idealistic version) is vital to any good relationship although i
am aware that i sometimes struggle with this myself, i have also learned that the level of acceptance i have for another
determines the boundaries of the relationship.
Everyone makes mistakes that can hurt others, but when a person continues in behaviors that are hurtful it is no
longer a mistake, it is who they are. At this point it would be necessary to decide if that person really has a place or the
right place in your life. We are told that if you love someone you need to forgive them the things they do to you, the
question becomes, is that love or a lack of self-love, if it is an ongoing behavior.
Perhaps it was a lack of love for self that attracted another person into your life that was incapable of being honest or
loving without an agenda, or wanting something from you rather than sharing themselves with you.
Whichever way you want to think about it, the likely scenario is that at some point one of you will feel disappointed, let
down or betrayed. Usually we are fully aware of the pitfalls in engaging with certain individuals but do so anyway. The
question then becomes are they letting us down or are we letting ourselves down?
Trust ,in a love relationship of any kind, is not about someone bending to your will, having affairs or gossiping behind
your back. it is about trusting another person with you, that is the inner you that doesn't get shared with all others,
that piece of you that is reserved for that person alone, this is the one thing that two people can have together that
sets their relationship apart whether lovers, friendships or family. For many this type of trust is reserved for certain
individuals, a special friend, lover or close family member.
Trust means understanding at the deepest level that the person who loves you will never intentionally hurt you, and
will rectify things when they do. they will not use personal knowledge as a weapon, and will not enter into power plays
or manipulations at your expense, It also means honoring that principle your self

Did anybody talk about that 2012 will be a year of changes???
To us this first month has been the perfect entrée to …. a new life …. again!
Well, right now we haven’t got a clue about where to go in about 4-8 weeks.
All we know right now is that we will have to go.
9 months ago we took an interesting step. We moved to Far North to 1 acre and a big shed. We rented it long term (10
years) with an option to buy. Rolled up the sleeves and started digging into the ground. You know that sound it makes
when a spade goes right into a thick layer of stones – something like “klanggg” and the other sound comes right after –
‘zzzzingg”. That’s the sound in the arm when the vibration is sent back to the arm, shoulder, neck … We heard this
two-tone music over and over again.
Anyway we eventually found our way through stones into the next layer – clay! Clay compacted over years and years
by horses, cars, and ….?
It was hard digging – harder than we thought possible. It just had to take a longer time than anticipated. Won’t
mention the swamp the whole land turned into over winter. Won’t mention the incredible amount of rubbish in the
ground. Broken glass and truck and car parts are a nuisance, though not discouraging.
Mid January we found that the plants that finally had started growing – suddenly gave up again without any visible
reason. Digging even deeper (got a pick now!) revealed disturbing things like old car batteries. That explained healthy
plants dying off. What about us? All the work with the ground was to feed ourselves. None of us are crazy about lead
soup!
It was not the situation we had hoped for, and we were not quite sure how to handle it all. It took about 9 days only for
the Universe to bring the answer “get out of there!!”
27th January someone knocked on our door and told us that they wanted to buy the place, - for themselves. We told
them about the lead, - it didn’t worry them.
We will have to leave here by mid March – at the latest end of March.
It is such a relief for both of us – and such an interesting situation.
We have nowhere to go and we are out of money.
We have spent every cent on converting the shed into a great living space and on getting the grounds prepared for
beautiful, organic eating…. well! what to say!!
If anybody out there would be interested in buying our jewellery, preferably the lot – it would be great. Of course
selling singular items is welcome as well.

Miracles and Magnetic units
Ella’s mother rang - she was so excited. Ella, her 4 1/2year old disabled daughter had just run across the road. Now Ella
was born with the inability to walk properly. For the past 6 months her mother and I have been treating Ella with the
latest magnetic field unit (MRT). Ella’s incredible progress is being recorded, by both her mother and her principal
teachers, as she can now go to a normal school, but I want to tell you about other healing miracles that are taking
place.
I have a range of patients who have had their health improved - tumours gone, arthritis gone, chronic lung conditions
improved, pancreatic disease, pain levels gone, surgery cancelled, you name it, simply by applying a simple diet and a
magnetic resonance field unit. A programme anyone can use.
The miracles began after I was invited to set up a natural health research programme on the Tamaphore Marae’s
Hauroa Cancer Research Unit, built and funded by the Ministry of Health. The participants on the programme were the
Kaumatu’s and Elders, who wished to experience natural therapy treatments, especially given the failure of the drugs
to reduce their level of chronic health.
Each of the volunteers had medically diagnosed chronic health disorders, representing a wide range of chronic
conditions. So armed with strict instructions to keep the health research programme simple, I began the programme:
No sugar in the diet, drinking Green tea and taking 1 tablespoon of a good Apple Cider vinegar in a glass water daily,
covered the dietary side. Each one was given a Homeopathic constitutional remedy and a dose of Selenium. The key to
their remarkable recovery was the added use of a magnetic field resonance unit. (MRT).
We met 3 times a week, a Karaki, a blessing started the day, blood pressure was taken and reports kept.
The programme’s recovery outcome surprised the participants. Oedema gone, urinating normally, blood pressure
normal, cholestrol and diabetic readings normal, arthritis gone, all levels of pain gone, walking canes gone, they all
were experiencing a good night’s sleep, eyesight improved, etc., all in 6 weeks on a simple programme. Even the intake
of medical drugs were voluntarily reduced. The only participant who didn’t recover as well was the one with gout - he
had had a dietary detour on oranges and wine.
Since the research programme last year, I have been using the MRT unit on all other chronic cases with startling results.
Normally a conservative herbalist, using this unit was normally out of my realm, however they ‘gift’ of one of these
units coincided with the call for this research programme ‘to keep healing simple’. Now I’m experiencing clients having
their surgery cancelled by their specialists, others simply cancelling as their tumours had reduced, in some cases gone.
Back problems, arthritic pain, chronic lung conditions repaired, elderly patients gaining strength, liver spots on
face/hands disappearing, you name it, One surgical patient came out of hipsurgery with no pain drugs needed. I could
fill the pages with the dramatic results I’m having with the latest calibrated MRT unit. I now have several other
practitioners starting on using the MRT unit, and they too are keeping notes. The physic engineer, who made the units,
said an angelic message gave him the code for the present magnetic field changes taking place on the earth.

Galactic Alignment
The Galactic Alignment began with the December solstice sun with the Galactic equator. Because the sun is one-half of
a degree wide, it will take the December solstice sun 36 years to process through the Galactic equator. This alignment
occurs as a result of the precession of the equinoxes, caused by the earth wobbling very slowly on its axis that shifts
the position of the equinoxes and solstices one degree every 71.5 years. This is sometimes known as the Platonic or
Great Year and is the driving force of so-called astrological ages.
The precise alignment of the solstice point (the precise center-point of the body of the sun as viewed from earth, thus
the Galactic Alignment "zone" is 1998 +/- 18 years = 1980 - 2016. This is "era-2012." Although commonly known as
the ‘Galactic Alignment’ the correct term for the event should really be the ‘Galactic Conjunction’.
This Galactic Conjunction occurs only once every 26,000 years, and was what the ancient Maya were pointing to with
the 2012 end-date of their Long Count calendar. The answer to this is in fact a phenomenon known as precession, or
precession of the equinox. During a cycle of somewhere between 25,600 and 25,800 years our view of the
constellations shifts in a 360-degree circular motion.
Astronomical alignments refer to three celestial objects in shared orientation. Astronomical Conjunction is an
alignment of two cosmic objects or bodies as seen from the Earths perspective.
Beginning this month Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Mars is visible in the early morning sky, aligned roughly along the
ecliptic — or the path the sun travels throughout the day. Uranus and Neptune, much fainter but there all the same,
should be visible through binoculars. It is important to note that the year 2012 is not only the year ends a major cycle
but also a year including a rare Venus conjunction. There will also be an annular solar eclipse as Venus transits across
the face of the sun.
What –the end of the worlders the concern is that such a configuration is supposed to occur on Dec. 21, 2012. So in
2012 this alignment is not only placing Earth on an intersection with the Galactic Equator, but is also precisely aligning
with the center of the Galaxy where maximum mass exists. This heavy mass means an increase in gravity creating more
influence from the barycenter in our Sun. Astrologers and some astronomers predict this will all line up to deliver
untoward effects on Earth. That means rapid increases in solar disruptions as part of this heavenly phenomena.
Mid year - The winter solstice of 2012 will occur at 11:11 GMT on of course 21-12-2012 the same day the Long Count
flips over. On that morning the sun will appear to rise into the patch of sky we refer to as the galactic centre or nuclear
bulge. It is the location of the super-massive black hole at the centre of rotation for the Milky Way galaxy. In itself the
appearance of the sun rising here is not a particularly unique event. The phenomena can be observed in numerous
years either side of 2012. The only interesting new aspect of this year will be the sun appearing to just touch one part
of the Dark Rift (Great Rift) that snakes its way along the Galactic Equator. This is an area of the night sky considered
important to Maya cosmology most notably with respect to spiritual rebirth mythologies. It will however take some
two decades or so to travel completely through this dark region of the sky.
The most commonly discussed alignment in 2012 deals with only the Milky Way, the Sun, the Earth and Venus. There
will also be an annular solar eclipse and Venus will transit across the face of the sun. Jupiter and Saturn will however be
involved in an astrological formation known as a Yod (finger of God). In 2012, humanity is shifting into a phase where
we'll be more aligned to the spirit realm, which has been out-of-phase with us for the last 2,000 to 3,000 years. During
this transition period, humans are evolving their third or psychic eye, and will be increasingly aware of spirit-type
beings among us.
In addition to all of that due to arrive with the 2012 alignment, two other oddities are set to take place in our solar
system. One of them is known as the Galactic Cross which is connected to the Key of Solomon. This formation is the
result of the rest of the planets in our solar system lining up in the opposite direction of the Milky Way to create an
actual cross formation in the heavens. The Galactic Cross has been awaited since the early days of the world of this
current age that we live in. The Galactic Cross alignment is of particular interest to Mystery Schools, secret societies
and the occult.
So in 2012 this alignment is not only placing Earth on an intersection with the Galactic Equator, but doing so precisely
aligned with the centre of the Galaxy where maximum mass exists. This heavy mass means an increase in gravity
creating more influence from the centre in our Sun. Astrologers and some astronomers predict this will all line up to
deliver untoward effects on Earth. That means rapid increases in solar disruptions as part of this heavenly phenomena,
2012 presents us with the solar maximum, an event that will remain in effect all year. This is expected to be an
exceptionally strong solar max by NASA who has stated in print on their website that they expect the 2012 solar max to
be a “doozie”, possibly as severe as 1958 or even worse than that. Add to that the gravitational effects the approaching
Galaxy will add to the influence of the Sun’s damaging activity and it is easy to see that December 21, 2012 could very
well be a most ominous Winter Solstice.
When an alignment, such as that of the Sun and the Dark Rift, is only happening from the perspective of the Earth then
it is a Conjunction. This is clearly the case for 2012 calendar end-date. The solar system does travel in a wave pattern
as it circles the centre of the Milky Way during a 250,000,000 year period but will not cross the mid-plane or disc of
our galaxy in 2012. We are currently around 30 million years above this plane and moving further away from There is
no evidence of us aligning with the infamous but wholly mythical photon belt with a location said to be marked by the
star Alcyone. We are certainly not orbiting this star in the Pleiades system as some 2012 writers have additionally
claimed.

Welcome to our November 2011 edition...
Good Evening all,
Well it has been a few months since the last newsletter. I have needed to sit back and gather myself and my family. It has been a very challenging year. Every day James gets a little older and I am thankful. Love him but he is full on all the time. Had his first sleepover the other week. First time he has stayed away from us over night. He thoroughly enjoyed himself.
Everything has been on hold. The fairs, online shop etc. Now with Trevor’s 14yr old daughter Courtney here, things are coming into balance even quicker. Thanks Spirit! I have been receiving help all around from different places and people. Like they say, many hands make light work.

Natural organic gardening is all about giving
Whatever we want to grow to feed ourselves and our families – we have to respect the life in the garden. We have to accept that the harvest is not a result of our control but a combined effort of all the life in the garden and our love.
We don’t own our gardens – and we are not even the first occupiers of it. We can choose to be invaders … or we can choose to “knock politely on the door” telling we would like to share. Basically it’s a choice between war and peace - or in other words between taking and giving.
Live in harmony with birds, slugs, hedgehogs, ants, spiders, plants and all the others. Do as little as possible in order not to disturb the balance. Be willing to share the crop. But set your boundaries as well. Practice patience, keep on giving your love and care – and you will receive the best food you can ever dream of.
Learn about the life in the garden, - it is really amazing. Observe, don’t kill. Move beings if it gets too much – but even better learn their language – which is our language too. The only real enemy in a garden is the Chemical Clan. They kill all of us. We need Real Food.

Naturopathy methods are not working as well as they used too.
The reason for this is the amount of toxins, chemicals, sprays, drugs and other pollutants that we ingest or enter our body
through environmental factors, cosmetic products, cleaning agents, prescriptions, some dietary supplements, sprayed crops and preserved food products. You name it, we are bombarded from every quarter. Even though you take every precaution and eat sensibly, one can still be subject to environmental toxins. So whilst food is our medicine and herbs our tonics, the added pollutants certainly can play havoc on our immune system.
There are simple steps you can take to help yourself.
1. Be aware that every sweet sugar food you eat your mineral levels drop for at least 2 hours afterwards, making you vunerable to pollutant reactions -i.e. rashes, bowel disorders, headaches etc..
2. Drink Dandelion tea and Green tea regularly. (No Dandelion tea if you have low blood pressure).
3. Take 500 -1000mg Vitamin C after being in a polluted environment- with a glass water.
(Every cigarette depletes 30mg vitamin C). More Vitamin C if travelling, especially overseas.
4. Wash hands regularly - especially before you eat.
5. Wash all raw food before eating. If you suspect sprays, peel the skin or rub the skins with a little apple cider vinegar and water wash.
6. Chew the pips in organic apples (they contain a compound to kill bacteria).
7. De-worm yourself every 18months to 2 years.
8. If you are taking medication, drugs or handling pollutants etc take a vitamin B Complex regularly.
9. Avoid sugar substitutes - asparatame can cause serious reactions.
10. Read labels, better still don't buy food that needs a label.
11. Dose of Apple Cider Vinegar in water daily helps to reduce the acidity ph levels from chemicals, sprays, toxins etc..and helps to eliminate the range of organophosphates, insecticides and herbicides that are sprayed on our
crop foods.
12. Wear masks, gloves etc when handling sprays
13. Avoid cosmetic products that contain a wide range toxins.
14. Use natural cleaning products. Try Lavender disinfectant, Apple cider vinegar, Soap and water, Baking Soda etc.
15. Drink purified water - and plenty of it.

WELCOME TO OUR AUGUST 2011 EDITION
In this newsletter we have ‘Divine Timing’ by Dorothy, ‘Never was there a more beautiful time than this very moment’
by Merlin & Marian and ‘Homeopathy is nature’s life-force remedy’ by Dr Janice Anne Priest.
The energy feels a little better this month. I find in our household we have been trying different homeopathic
medicines to combat the flu and colds. Very successful I must add. And educational. I learnt that if you or your
children complain of sore eyes or ears, it pays to check that the kidneys are ok. Could be a toxin build up. Also
sore ears can mean food allergies. And herbal teas taste different in times of need. For example, ‘Dandelion tea’.
Bitter when our body does not need it and quite the opposite when we do. When I go to the Health shop, our boy
will go to certain products and ask me to buy them. Last visit, James couldn’t wait til we got home to try them!

Divine Timing
In card reading circles the divine timing card is often met with deep sighs and rolling eyes, misinterpreted as it
so often is, as a card that means you have to wait.
This is not so at all, this is a card of sychronicity, which of course is just a matter of being in the right place
at the right time. When someone is frequently in the right place at the right time we call them lucky, I believe
their timing is great and yours can be too. Focus determines events, I cannot put it simpler than that, If you
believe you are always where you need to be, and not if its meant to be it will be, then you are already there.
If like most of us you are focused to a certain extent on your fears and doubts, then this too will affect the
timing of events in your life, while these manifestations play out, the more difficult you find it to manifest good
things the easier it is for you to believe in lack, struggle and lesser outcomes. So how do you generate a natural
ability to be in the right place at the right time. Firstly curb impatience. If you want to gain something really
big, like a house, this may take more than a week to prepare for from scratch. Start small and acknowledge that the
recipe for success is the same for small things as it is for big things. Focus on what you want to achieve totally
forget about how you will arrive at it.
You are your own time keeper, so really think about this. If you determine to own a house, you know your earnings,
you want a particular type of property, and will need x amount of finance, you know it will probably take you 5yrs
to save a deposit etc, you have just made it impossible to do any other way. a looser focus is what is needed, Get a
picture if you like to help you focus, stick it on the fridge and tell yourself it will be yours. Not someday, not
if and when, it will be yours.
Being prepared to accept events as they unfold and follow the direction you are led might seem scary but it works a
lot better than determining a plan including the struggles and obstacles. A wonderful affirmation is to focus on the
phrase, I am always in time,,, or if you prefer, I am always in the right place at the right time. You will quickly
notice coincidences becoming a part of your daily life and many opportunities will present themselves, some will be
inconsequential and others more important, as always it is imperative that you acknowledge the divine timing of any
event large or small. This affirmation is separate from placing an intentional desire.
Here is an example of something that happens for everyone, use it or lose it applies when it comes to opportunities.
I was noticing a less agile frame was altering the way i bent over and in more extreme moments affected the way i
moved. I am fit and healthy so this does not sit well. I determined to find a way to introduce a regime that would
maintain fitness and increase flexibility. I did not want to just work out as exercise without purpose bores me.
Exactly 2 days later, talking to an aquaintance in the street, she just happened to mention she trained in tae kwon
do, and went on to tell me how much more flexible she was because of it which she thought was a happy side effect.
Needless to say I signed up and have been reaping the benefits ever since. there is no coincidence here, that same
opportunity may have presented itself a year before and i would not have been ready to hear it, it would have simply
been a conversation that didn't happen.
The reason for this is i would not have even mentioned the issue i was having, the words that you utter are an
indication of what you are heading towards and what you are ready for. Horary astrology interests me because the
charts are done at the time the question is asked, not at the time of birth, as it is considered the most important
or the divine time and needs to be read in the current moment not in the past. For yourself if you can understand
that you are in control of your own timing and in fact have more immediate power over the timing of events in your
life than any other area, you can also understand how you can create or manifest in any moment.
Simply by changing your mind, you create a new environment for creation. How flexible you are determines whether you
can create this new environment in a flash or if it will take time. Mostly what holds us back is fear, fear of loss
more than anything . if your creative desires can be bought forward to the extent that fear of loss becomes a minor
caution and not a stagnating force , then manifestation and creativity can be the way you live your day to day life,
the right place at the right time.

Welcome to our July 2011 edition...
Good Evening all,
Please enjoy and feel welcome to share our monthly newsletter.
Patience and open to expression. Standing strong, but open ears. Balance and empathy. These are some of the
lessons I find myself going through. My little boy, James turns 2 in a few days and he amongst all else has taught
me plenty. Taking the time to listen and play. Finding a common ground to aid healing with others. Being strong,
standing tall, but also being honest and showing that caring loving side without being walked all over. Listening
and stepping back to receive the answer. Patiently thinking about my actions before stepping into them and falling
over. Manifesting what I want rather than speaking out silently and receiving what I don’t want and making the
situation worse. Opening my ears more often and closing my mouth. Choosing the right time and words. As an Aries
I am always right but sometimes too head strong that others can’t handle it. Or that they run a mile and then I
have to wait til they are ready to come back.
I am sure we have all been in similar situations, whether at the receiving or giving end. It’s not easy. But how
else do we learn and become stronger?

Sharing the Sun and the Seeds for Life!
Rain and Wind are abundant these days in Northland, - and the subtropical climate feels like it has gone on holiday
somewhere else. We sit in the morning talking about the day - dressed in layers and layers of clothes. Talking about
what needs doing. Talking about Life – the big things and the small stuff. Cups of green tea disappear faster than
normal while we read about considerations of Man mining the Moon. We read about how it has become difficult helping
the starving people in Africa because of the rising food prices. It gives us the shiver. The morning feels even
colder….. until the Sun suddenly breaks through. The sun light floods in the window – it gets warm – the jerseys
have to go….. and we remember “what’s it all about, Alfie”.
Sharing! No terms and conditions. Spreading thoughts, smiles, kindness like seeds blowing in the wind. Sharing –
just like we share the Sun.

Time for personal healing. I have experienced a sound healing and gong meditation. Wow to both! Julie from Whispering willows gave me a treatment over the phone and wow I instantly felt so much better.
I have experienced her meditations too and they are wonderful. Sound really can heal and reach places other healings don’t. I have listened to a new gong meditation CD. Hope to have it available shortly.

Welcome to our April/May 2011 edition...
Good Evening all,
Please find attached our monthly newsletter.
What a challenge! I have personally found myself going through lots of trials and errors with people, animals and manifestation. My lessons have been patience, stepping back to see the WHOLE picture and valuing oneself. Accepting good and getting rid of anything I no longer require. It has brought tears and happiness. And balance after the decision has been made and followed through. Some of those changes have been closing down Magenta and opening up a spiritual online directory. Trevor and I taking a break from the fairs to make our foundations both business and personal, stronger.
TWO Day Fairs are currently on hold due to lack of stall holders. Seems many people are taking time out, so we have decided to take a couple of months off so we can come back refreshed and better than before! Next fair will be Ellerslie, Auckland, 18, 19 June at the Masonic Hall.

Our precious silver thread
We have a collective silver thread – our heritage; not the heritage skills of man, but the original seed of life.
Life has never been understood by any and nobody has ever or will ever be able to create it. Yet, it is such a simple thing, and belonging to every single living being. it is not reserved for the few, nobody has to qualify to get it. We all have it – from birth to death - our heritage.
If the silver thread goes, we are lost.
When we play with “the tree of knowledge” we become a threat to our own existence.
When in the name of progress we replace the silver thread with a floppy plastic string made in
China – or wherever is cheapest at the moment – we put at stake the species called humans.
We need to let our heritage become the foundation it is.
We need to look into existence for answers instead of the self appointed powers we see around.
Our heritage is freedom.
We were put on Earth just like all the others and everything was free, it is not existence that has put a price tag on everything you can think of.
Regardless of companies like Monsanto there are still plants growing without human interference.
They are wild, just like us - there are still animals that we haven’t got around to play with genetically.
2012 is not a risk because of prophecies, it is only a risk created by us dropping our heritage.
We can shift as easy as snapping our fingers - only we have to do it ourselves, that too is our heritage.

Positive thinking..
Too often we see positive thinking as an overriding thought, something we use to dispel a negative thought or pattern. When used this way there is a tendency to ignore issues and problems rather than resolving them. It is beneficial to try the term positive outlook.
The aim of a positive outlook is to see exactly where you are currently at, and seek a positive solution. the question then becomes, what is a positive solution? This is any possible solution that you are capable of and that improves your situation, if not immediately then in the near future.
As an example.. if you have financial problems and you focus on the thought.. everything will be all right. You are likely to increase your anxiety rather than anything else. You know you have financial issues, you also know it takes action to sort things out.
On the other hand, if you have financial issues and you focus on solutions, you are now in the zone of positive outlook. what can i do now to relieve my situation? is a positive question looking for good outcomes. The next step is to be prepared to take the action that is required, even if it seems like a step backward.
The operative word there is seems. If you have financial issues, and you need to lighten the load to stabilize, not doing so provides a backward pull. If you can gear yourself up to solution oriented thinking you will quickly find no matter what your situation is, you can improve it.

Welcome to our March 2011 edition...
Good Evening all,
Please find attached our monthly newsletter.
Well this month I think I have almost made, with the help of a dear friend, more chutney and pickles than I have in this lifetime! What fun we have had. I also made homemade tomato sauce and learnt how to prepare and cook a whole squid! Given most of it away and what a good feeling. We were given a huge basket of apples and the sauce was from tomatoes out of our gardens and from our Organic Fruit and Vegie box that we receive. Harvey is from Waihi and comes to Hamilton once a week. Planets............

Mercury, thought process, siblings, communication.. ruled by Gemini.
Mars, fiery emotions such as anger, frustration, inflammation, forging ahead, enthusiasm. ruled by Aries.
Jupiter, expansion, beneficial, harmony, in laws, publication, law, long distance travel, education, religion. ruler is Sagittarius
Saturn, the teacher of needs and seriousness, planning, the ground, structure. ruled by capricorn
Uranus, sudden, unexpected, exciting, chaos, astrology, groups ,individuality, erratic, unique. ruled by Aquarius.
Neptune, elusive, germs, drugs, medicine, nuclear, liquid, deceit, wool gathering. ruled by Pisces.

Mercury or any planet going retrograde...
Means slowing down in the heavens to stop, stay stationary for a good while before it goes direct, moving forward again.
i.e.say you were born in December 9 th and had the sun at 16 degrees, when a planet in the skys gets to 17 degrees, it means the planet had gone over the sun at a slow pace as it’s slowing down, stays there and slowly returns to the same degree, usually giving the sun at 16-17 degree person, another pass with the passing planet therefore re activating the event which took place the first " hit".
These times are often a time of re doing or re checking and the last time ( often there are 3 hits ) is when you get it sorted.
The Sun and Moon are the only ones which do not go retrograde, and for arguments sake we include them in as planets but are really luminaries.
Here’s the professional way of explanation.....
The path or orbit of every planet is more of an ellipse that a circle.
No two planets perform a complete revolution in the same period of time.
Owing to the differences in their speed there’s continual change in the zodiac as viewed from the earth, one planet overtaking and beginning to move backwards.
The apparent stopping is " stationary " position, the apparent backward orbit ( the earths motion varies between 59 and 61 minutes of longitude per day ), no planet actually becomes the combined motions of the planet and the earth and their positions relative to the Sun.
Mercury retrograde 3 -4 times a year for approx 3 weeks. Not a good time to get car repairs done or open bank accounts or book travel without having a contingency plan.
Venus goes retrograde for 42 days approx every 15-18 months. A time to work on romances and finances.
our next one is mid May 2012, at 23 degrees Gemini, ouch, exactly opposite my Mars.
The last being October-November 2010.
Mars goes retrograde for 80 days evey 2.5 years.
The next Mars retrograde is January-February 2012 @ 23 degrees Virgo.
Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto go retrograde for long periods each year.
Now you will maybe be wondering " why "about the horrendous earthquakes , floods, fires, mud slides the earth is having- heaving in the early part of this year and last year.
Okay, they come other years too but , boy this time round is huge, is it not ?.
One explanation might be that the planet line up is heavy We have ...
Pluto ( bowels of the earth ) just gone into Capricorn ( earth ).PLuto hasn’t been into this sign for approx 200 years.
Uranus of lightning strikes, tornadoes, torrential destructive storms, has just going into the sign Aries, of fire and explosions, after approx 84 years.
Neptune is a the end of Aquarius, ruler of Uranus and will change signs to Pisces in early 2012.
The above 3 planets have been ill aligned and one of the times is for March.
Jupiter of expansion came into play in the sign Aries as well ,adding to the fire.
I think the predictions circulating for mid March disasters is because of the full moon in Virgo @ 28 degrees, which might rattle the Uranus and Neptune planets.
The full moon brings issues to culmination.
Incidentally, Neptune is Nuclear power, so some of you may put two and two together and draw your own conclusions.
Chiron the healer- wounder, is conjunct Neptune now, urging us to heal the planet and stop Nuclear arms or there is a price to pay, and folks, look what’s happening now !!!!
Chiron orbits each chart every 50 years.
There is much more going on in the heavens but the above is enough for you at this time.

Golden Investments
These days the news is filled with new and profitable commodity investment opportunities. It’s the new “gold” – so they say. At the same time we are experiencing rising food prices all over the world. Yeah! – the higher the food prices, the better the investment. That is great news for robots that don’t need to eat. They can sit there comfortably and increase their wealth considerably. Why? – don’t know!
To us people of flesh and blood it is absolutely silly investing money in food. If you are looking for truly golden investments, then invest your time in food instead. A handful of peas in the ground will be a lot more profitable than $1 in the bank.
$1 in the bank will either give you a negative balance in a year or if you have a good bank it will still be there – but not more!
A handful of peas in the ground will give you 10-20 handfuls within 4 months. Save maybe 2 handfuls and eat the rest. Next year will give you 20-40 handfuls. You are on your way to free – and live food.
Food is not money – it never was. Food is food – and a necessity to live. Food is the energy that fills our bodies with energy. If we don’t want ourselves and our children to join the fate of slaves, we need to take our power back – and invest our time in food.

Transitional Auras
When reading an aura there are a number of levels to look at, most commonly read is the emotional state which gives an idea of what is going on in life, there is the personality which includes chakras and shows who you are essentially, and there is the transitional information which gives us the future.
Although the aura is generally consistent we can look at effects or changes for different periods of times, these refer to major influences that will cause you to respond in some way in life. when this information is paired with knowledge of the aura you get two layers of information, the main influence and how you are going to cope with that influence. in essence you are gaining some insight into where you will be at in the future, on a broader level you are also being shown future events.
What understanding you can gain from that is, today in this moment you are already establishing patterns that you will be living as life experiences at some point in the future, reliably this can be read up to two years, the closer the information is to the present time, the greater the level of accuracy due to an inability to change ones personality or belief enough to alter events.
When reading health or situations 1 or more years into the future you are easily in a position to make those changes you feel necessary to create healthier or happier outcome.

Saying from Happy Science Egolessness – The determining factor for heaven or hell
In this material world, it is true that if you give something away, your possessions are reduced, and if you are given something your possessions increase by that amount. For example, if someone gives you a thousand dollars you will gain that amount, while the person who gave it to you will lose the same amount. In the three-dimensional world, the person who gives to the other loses, while the person who is given to gains. However, in the spirit world, the result is the complete opposite. The more you give to others, the happier you will be. The more you devote yourself to others, the more happiness you will receive.
The reason for this is that you are expanding yourself as a child of Buddha. The closer you draw to Buddha, the more light you will radiate as the child of Buddha. The light you give out means an enhanced feeling of happiness and the expansion of your ‘self.’ You can feel that you are growing and that you are approaching Buddha. This is true happiness.

Pioneer Ways - Bitter, Sweet and Sour
In a time where the shops are groaning with un-natural fruit, it is a little miracle to come across some of the origins of fruit. Those that would fruit without the manipulation of man. We have been tree rescuers for some time now, - and about a year ago we came across some old, dying citrus trees in an uninhabitated property. The fruit looked different to those we know, - and it took quite some research to find that we had come across what would have been the origins of citrus.
A bitter orange, a sweet orange and a sour orange. We couldn't do much for the sweet orange, the tree and the few fruit were just too unhappy. We might have another go next year if they are still around. Better was the luck we had with the other two. They are amazing fruit, and they live with no spray, with no care – a bit of love though never hurt any. They are truly natural trees. We have a few small but sturdy plants of the sour (like a lemon) and the bitter (fantastic in marmalade). If you are interested in these trees, this is a chance to get one. We will sell a few of them over the next two months. They are $20 each, will be fruiting in probably 4-5 years – maybe sooner in warmer areas.
Allowing other beings to be what they truly are is allowing ourselves to be who we truly are.

Crystal of the Month:
Blue Lace Agate – this crystal alerts me as with the changes in weather some of us are catching colds. We need to boost our systems. If you don’t have blue lace agate, try blue calcite or similar. A soft blue crystal is best. Make a crystal remedy. Place your crystal in a glass. Place the glass in bowl and fill bowl with filtered water. Place in sunny area of your house. Ready after 24-48 hours. Drink some every day for five days. Every day it is in the sun and moon energy, it will increase in strength. Note – tell the crystal its purpose as you place it in the glass. E.g. this is for Sally’s cold to make her better. Michelle

Beginning the healing process can be daunting, there are courses you can take if you have long term issues that you just cannot get on top of, there are also things you can do for yourself at home to help things along.
Here are three steps to help you identify where your body is affected by past events or held pain
1. close your eyes and remember a hurtful event. this can be something that you have tried to heal or something you try not to think about in general. please note feeling emotional when remembering pain is normal and ok, feel it and continue
2. once you have established the emotion around the event, keep your focus on your self, your feelings not the situation or other person allow the energy to build and allow yourself to identify the area of your body affected by that emotion.
3. place your hands over the area and as you do allow your heart energy to begin to flow. do this by bringing your focus to your heart centre, imagine it running up into your shoulders, down your arms and into your hands. flow this energy into the area and just let yourself relax, feel any changes, allow any releases. Take note of any new thoughts, understandings and feelings.

Even though it is summer time, I found a Roasted Eggplant and Kumara Stew very satisfying. With Egg plant being as cheap as a dollar,
I had a look on www.healthyfood.co.nz and found a yummy receipe. And with Trevor working nights, it was a filling all in one meal that I could
serve the family before he started for the day. With tomations, chickpeas and broccoli too, it was very enjoyable. The following day I placed
it in the blender and froze it into ice cubes for James.
I've also found myself in the garden more than ever, planting seeds. James helps me. And he is slowly learning to stop picking green strawberries.

A One-Dimensional Garden
“Life is precious here” are some of the final words from “Medicine Man” - an oooooold movie with Sean Connery. The words are spoken by a young woman to
explain why she chooses the depth of the Amazonas instead of a brilliant career and marriage in the big city.
They are words well worth pondering on. So simple, - life is precious here. This is far more than a place, even more than love. This is existence, life
in its pure form - full of meaning, balanced, connected.
We don’t have to go to a tribe in Amazonas to know that wonderful truth inside, Life is precious here. We can get the same by growing a garden, - a small
garden, a big garden. Size doesn’t matter. A garden for fun, for food, for healing, for the moon. Purpose doesn’t matter - as long as it is not for image.
The only thing that really matters is how we do it, our approach. A One-Dimensional Garden is truly beautiful and accessible to everyone. A major point
is that we learn from other species, learn to accept the free flow of life with grace and compassion.

Aviva Steiner is a Hungarian PE teacher living in Israel. She has always been interested in the fact that we are able to control our muscles to control urination and

A pea shelling meditation
Time had come to shell out the rest of the dried peas from the vine.
I sat down in a sheltered place with a huge pile of pea plants from last season.
We had already taken for seeds, we had eaten our way through the 500 plants
still there were hundreds of dried pods waiting to be put to some use.
I started with the yellow split peas – they give the most wonderful dishes.
We’ll never get tired of them – and they are fantastic to shell out.
Sitting with hands occupied with grabbing a vine, finding a pod, give it a little
squeeze over a bowl, seeing the pod open, twisting to let go of seeds.
Bouncing and laughing into the bowl. Next pod, doing the same.
Stacking the left over pea straw to other good uses later.
A meditative state is inevitable.
I feel my whole being connected with the peas, learning from them, admiring their ways
of spreading their seeds. They don’t have any tools, they find a way within themselves
and as such they are strong and independent. They find a simple way, a little twist with the pod wings
off they are.
Have we forgotten in the world of tools and technology that also we are beings with the power inside.
A couple of hours went, I got up from the chair, refreshed and full of energy and hope … and a big bowl
of sweet little dry pearls.

*What is a drum circle?
A drum circle is a gathering of people to play hand drums or percussion instruments, where we all sit down in a circle (or roughly a circle) and play together as a group.
Our drum circles are what we call 'free-form' in that they arise out of the spontaneous rhythms of the people there at the time and there's no structured format. It's like a jam-session, where you're all on drums.
The beauty of it is that it doesn't matter whether you're a complete beginner and have never played a drum before, or if you're an advanced drummer, you can all connect and jam together because the group effect allows everyone to do their own thing without sticking out or feeling self conscious. The sound of each other's drums covers you, if you just want to experiment in your own way. You don't have to know what you're doing to be able to join in the fun :)

our energy system. Purity, clean, whole, reflective, Peace, serenity

Pure White reflects so when in use the querant will see him or herself in the person radiating white light,
this is used to lighten up a heavy colour or aura as a whole, white and black are both required to provide
variation within the energetic system.

Even more so because besides collecting all the information and putting everything together, I also have my artwork in it.
I have been drawing I think ever since I could hold a pencil and the happiest thing so far has been working on the pictures that are now the cards in the first Hungarian Oracle Card Deck. They are Goddesses from European mythology. Besides them now I have drawings of Maori Wahine Atua from Maori mythology as well! (So different from Europe and so exciting and beautiful...)
And the greatest joy of all is that in fact it is not "mine" but "ours".
I asked people (artists, spiritual people, friends...) who asked people who asked people... if they would
like to join me. It was an awesome way of connecting to others!
So the calendar finally contains the works (love, care and energy) of two Maori ladies
(dynamic, real "Maori" paintings as well as a Deva picture), artwork (paintings and other crafts, mandalas, still-life, and a lot more) from a fantastic Hungarian woman and I got permission of an English singer lady to use her lyrics (that really inspired my drawings anyway) and all the lyrics from another, Australian spiritual singer. Plus I have nature photos from my dearest Sister still on her adventure all over the world :-)
And of course it contains the Moon phases, the Zodiac, the Celtic Tree Calendar, holidays, daylight saving, expos and fairs and concerts and events in NZ, Australia and the USA and Europe, etc.
(By the way, did you know that the Full Moon is not exactly at the same time on the two hemispheres? Let alone the variations for daylight saving :-))

Conscious Health Centre in Titirangi The Conscious Health Centre in Titirangi, Auckland holds weekend animal healing courses.

SAYING from Happy Science - Nurture a loving heart and the desire to help others (Part 1)
When children reach the age of about twelve they will be able to practice self-reflection and prayer in a more
precise way, following the Truth more closely. They can read and understand books of the Truth and so are able
to reflect on their thoughts and deeds for themselves.
When they pray, their prayers should be positive and constructive. Eventually they will go out into society on
their own, so the ideal would be for them to pray to be of service to the world. If they continue doing this for
between three and six years while they are still teenagers, they will definitely turn out to be useful members
of society.

CRYSTAL OF THE MONTH

Plentiful at the moment and a real treat:
A green ocean with tiny white stars dotted around is one of these views we never get tired of. The ocean is formed
by juicy and green Stellaria Media (The star in the middle) , - or Common Chickweed - or just Chickweed, or any
other popular name this amazing plant is being graced with. Chickweed is truly a gift to the community on Earth.
The only plant that grows the year round on all continents - a little survivor adapted to grow in all conditions.
The sparrows, the finches, the waxeyes - they all love the seeds - and their twitter in the seeding plants gives
associations to giggling children. Such a happy bustle from wise little beings. They don't turn up their noses at
a plant being common - they rejoice instead having easy access to tasty and nutritious seeds. Leave some spaces
for it in the garden - and it will pay you back many times. It is gentle, subtle and yet versatile and powerful
- a friendship with this plant will give many beautiful hours. It is willing to give you what you want.
Chickweed is loaded with nutrients - use it raw in the salad - or cook it with a knob of butter. It will be there
in the spring time when we are still waiting to see the lettuce growing big enough to fill the bowl. Or make a nice
tea of it. It is said to have a good effect on the breathing system, but you could drink it just because it tastes
good. Used externally it has been treasured for centuries for its skin healing effects. All skin conditions fear
the chickweed - acne, eczema, psoriasis - and it is at the same time so gentle that we use it on the skin just to
keep it healthy and happy.
Chickweed is a little winner in most situations - and a big advantage is that it is plentiful enough everywhere.
No corporate farming is interested in growing chickweed - we don't have to fear for herbicides and pesticides.
The little plant is always healthy - and grows too willingly to attract attention from opportunists.
In our garden they are in full control of their own crop rotation. We find the real good patches new places every
year..... makes it a bit more interesting to have to look for them instead of confining them. Watching the plants
living life is an eternal source of wonder and wisdom.
Some will find it significant that the little stars are 10 pointed.
Maybe this plant is one of the humblest beings - but it is always present and cannot be shaken.

HEALING FEAR
Fear is crippling and it is essential to root it out of your consciousness. Fear relates to the future - you can't
fear the past because there is absolute certainty about the past. In the present moment you face the reality of now.
While you may feel fear now (and when else could you actually feel fear anyway?), you are usually putting your effort
into resolving the immediate situation and the fear itself becomes secondary. You are either in a state of fight or
flight, and the adrenaline gets you through into the next moment when you do feel safe again. The fear at the time
was not important to you.
No, the fear that you feel is about the future. You are uncertain about the future, and so you feel fear. Will you
be able to cope if what you fear actually happens? It is interesting to note that what you fear might happen seldom
does happen. Also, if it does happen, you can always cope with it. I will be so bold as to say that there has been
nothing that you have had to face that you have not been able to cope with. You are always up to what is thrown at
you by the Universe.
So does the Universe throw things at you? Do you have reason to fear that things are likely to go wrong? The Law of
Attraction says that whether you use it consciously or not, it is always working. Therefore you attract into your
life whatever it is that you constantly feel in your heart. The Universe doesn't throw things at you, you attract
them towards you!
Job feared a lot and he said: "For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of
is come unto me"(Job 3:25).
Nevertheless after all his trials and tribulations were over, Job had riches, seven sons and three very beautiful
daughters and he lived another 140 years. Susan Jeffers wrote a book "Feel the Fear ... and Do It Anyway" in 1987.
This book is still readily available and is well worth reading if you need specific help with overcoming fear.
Fear comes from feeling insecure about yourself. You perhaps have a poor self-image. You feel small and keep yourself
small so that you see the outside world as a challenge and therefore something to fear. You gather around you the
things you have acquired and protect them. You keep those things close to protect you. The problem is that you fear
and the things that you fear start to take over your mind. Then because of that focus you start to attract those very
circumstances and things towards you through the Law of Attraction.
Fear also comes from unfamiliarity. Because you've never flown, you might fear flying. Because you have flown lots of
times, you feel confident and relaxed about flying. The only difference between fear and no-fear is experience. This
is called your comfort zone. So what is there to fear?
To heal any situation of fear, take the following steps:
1. Identify and acknowledge what it is that you fear. What is it really?
By doing this you have a visible "enemy" rather than a hidden one.
2. Ask yourself, What is the worst thing that can happen if this comes to pass? When you have an answer, ask, What
is the likelihood of this happening?
3. From these questions you will gain clarity on whether you need to take some action now, or whether there is not
much to fear anyway.
4. If you need to take action, take that action. You have felt the fear, now do it anyway. Trust that you will never
be put in a situation that you cannot cope with. You have always survived every situation so far, haven't you?
5. If there is nothing that you need to do, allow the fear to dissipate, as you have found there really is nothing to fear.
Either way you have faced your fear and seen that it is smoke. You have found that the future is nothing to fear as
you only have to handle things in the present, and that is what you are doing. You can always cope with what you need
to cope with now.
I am sure that you have found, as I have done, that the things that you fear are really not that bad when you face up
to them and handle them in the present. Fear just comes from lack of a positive self-image that you will be able to cope.
Yes, you can cope, and when you think about it you have coped many times before now.

Journey of each individual participant - the only journey that is real - and that
in that environment of adventure and inner discovery, people move
the 'mountains' of the past, that are subtly controlling their every waking
decision.

free form dance, then real healing - which is simply the movement of energy -
can take place in an appropriate way and level to each individual's journey.

CRYSTAL OF THE MONTH
We have two this month...
APOPHYLLITE – Powerful vibrational transmitter. Brings truth and corrects imbalances.
Releases mental blocks and negative thought patterns. Place one under the centre of your healing table
with either blue or yellow calcite on top. Then place 6 clear quartz points or raw amethyst around the

Here’s a Bioptron Light story:
A young boy of 4 came to my stand in a mall in Tauranga. He was covered in dry scaly eczema from head to foot.
He had not slept through the night for many months and consequently neither had his mother who was stressed,
drawn and exhausted. She had tried “everything” to no avail. She was desperate to get it sorted as he was due
to start school and she wanted him to have the opportunity to learn and make friends. He would only allow me
to use green light, so I gave him 2 minutes on his liver.
That evening his Mum brought him back at my suggestion so we could try to get him to sleep through the night.
We gave him a 4 minute stress relief and spot treated some of the worst areas of his body. He slept through the
night!!!
Next morning the Mum came in and bought a Bioptron Light and colour set and continued to treat him for stress
which is a factor in all skin conditions and spot treat the worst patches. He spent time in hospital
the following week and Mum continued to treat him with the light, much to the doctors disdain.
However on the last day an Irish doctor came in and told her to
continue to use the light as that is what they do in Europe all the time.
In Europe Bioptron Light is a
registered medical device and used by all the doctors who have a year of training in Natural Therapies ,
including light and colour therapy. Two and a half weeks later Mum brought the child to see me again. He was
85% clear of eczema. Four months later when I saw him, his skin was completely clear. It was soft and silky
and Mum couldn’t stop stroking him!!! The difference in her was amazing too – calm, relaxed and happy, knowing
that whatever health issues came up in the future, she could deal with them immediately with her light.

Heirlooms or Mutants
With spring coming up we start paying more attention to seeds. We have to go to selected niches to find the heirloom.
They are still around though – and they will be as long as there are people protecting them.
But who protects the people?
We manipulate nature to suit our needs, - like a certain colour rose – or a blight resistant tomato.
We manipulate ourselves as well, by accepting synthetics in every thing. We eat synthetics, we drink it,
we clean ourselves in it. Look around – it is every where. We have no idea what we are playing with. But we have choice.
We can each choose for ourselves and for our children and their children. Will we pass on a plastic body that is bound
to mutate to survive – or will we care for our natural heritage and treat our bodies with respect.
The Mutant world is known as a serious world where we take responsibility over our liver, manage our cholesterol and
try to be updated on every new chemical being marketed. The Heirloom world is fun. We play, we laugh, we eat real food,
and we try to learn from every natural being. We don’t get certificates, we get inner power.

Welcome to our July 2010 edition...
WHAT'S HAPPENING...
Welcome! This month we found two special ladies able to help us with our cats. Did you know that talking
to animals is the same as talking to any other spirit? I guess it makes sense. I had never thought of it before.
We were having trouble with our cats so I emailed Jeanne from energyworks.org.nz. Between Jeanne and Niki, our cats
are now a lot happier. Blu is on some flower essence drops daily and I am trying to give both of them positive praise
instead of growling them for what they do wrong and it is making a real difference. Cats are much like kids.
They thrive on love and affection.

PANDA - Create a sacred space foryourself in your home and/or place of work.
Create a space for quiet time/meditation. If you cant do this at work, then it is even more important

When you think about the reason that people become attached to the things of this world, you will understand
it is because they can see this world and they think it is real. They become attached to the physical body
because they can see it. Seeing members of the opposite sex may lead to attachments, and the same can be said
about food. However, when people are attached to things, there can be no peace of mind. Only when they are rid
of their attachments can they enjoy serenity within, which gives rise to a sense of true happiness.

We welcomed One love catering at our last one day fair in Glenview Community Hall. What a treat! The food was amazing.
Warm hearty food cooked from the heart. Mouthwatering coconut maroons, vegie curry, trade aid coffee and more.

WHAT'S NEW - We now stock "Soap Nuts"
After going through months of frustration, we have found ourselves now using a natural
washing powder. James and Trevor had developed a rash and we found it was due to the company we were buying our washing powder from, changing their receipe. Soap nuts are very affordable. A 1kg bag of soap nuts will do up
to 365 loads of washing. I love the soap nut powder and natural bleach. NO CHEMICALS!!!

Good evening,
Welcome to this months edition of Spiritual Gardens Newsletter
Last month we had great fun at our April Fools Fair. Even the stall holders were clowning around.
See the photos on facebook. We even had local Clive doing Palm readings. If you missed out and would like a palm reading, contact Michelle. Congrats Mabel who won the Large Chocolate Easter Bunny.
This year we will be bringing you more fairs out and around.
We are aiming to run our normal one day fairs at Glenview, Hamilton
and a two day fair each month also.
Natural Earth & Holistic Fairs
Next two day fair is 17th and 18th April in Whakatane at the Caledonian Hall, 60 king st,Opp PakNSave
We have a good selection of readers, healers and crafts. Local, Jan will be in the kitchen cooking up treats,
and proceeds going to the child cancer unit. You will also find girls clothing, hand knitted scalfs in pure bamboo. Check out the stall holders on our website.

Autumn Equinox The change of seasons can bring colds and flu, so break out the vitamin C, Echinacea, garlic, eucalyptus and other essential oils.
Traditionally the autumn equinox celebrates the final Harvest with dancing and sharing. Food is abundant and crops put away for winter. As the light hours lesson we withdrawal into ourselves and do internal work. We are drawn to craft work and communicate with our families.
Leaves fall and the bones of the trees are exposed. Winds clear away the excess of summer and its a good time to clear the mind of clutter. Our meditation circle will clear your soul aspects in preparation of a winter of clarity and crisp cold.
Pick up your supplies at our next Glenview Fair. We have Manuku Boost bars - Gluten free and each has 2tsps of manuku honey, essential oils, and flower essences. Along with readings for confirmation & healings to put you back on track. And essential oil soy melts to enjoy the evening with your partner or relax with a good book on the couch in front of the heater. ahhhh! Thats a bit of me!!!

The Principle of Self-Reflection
Once something has been done and has become a fact in this world, or has become
a physical reality, it may be impossible to undo. However, what concerns the mind,
or what happens in the mind can be undone because the inner world encompasses past,
present and future. If it were impossible to undo mistakes, there would be no point
in practicing self-reflection. If you break a vase, for example, there is no way
you can make the vase whole once more, no matter how deeply you regret it.
However, if you regret having done something wrong, if you reflect deeply on the
deed in your mind, this sin will be wiped from your past.
